FINDING OUR VOICE AGAIN

Imagine entering the room just before you start to sing or deliver your performance. What is happening? What do you hear? How do you feel?

So many questions and feelings run through your mind, adrenalin is driving you crazy, often your inner voice starts to play havoc, and you are almost entering "fight or flight" mode.

This is all too common in our everyday situations when we are in a "Live" setting. Especially now, coming out of a world pandemic, we need to find our voice again. With ease, and comfort. We have to be aware of our surroundings, whilst understanding that not everyone may like what we do, we have the power to transform our voice into something spectacular.

So breathe in and exhale, let your voice play!
